GENERAL INFORMATION

Please note that the Hotel Reservation Deadline is 20th May 2026. Accommodation cannot be guaranteed for requests received after this deadline.
Rates quoted are on Bed and Breakfast basis. Participants will be responsible for other incidental costs, i.e. telephone, Internet/fax, room service, mini-bar, laundry, additional meals such as dinner - these must be paid by participants directly to the hotel.

PAYMENT TERMS:
Payments are to be made directly to the hotel. You will receive an invoice with payment details, once your request has been processed.

CANCELLATION TERMS:
Cancellation terms will be communicated upon confirmation of your reservation based on the selected hotel.
